At JD Sports Malaysia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are within the 30-day return window and remain in their original condition with all brand tags and packaging included.

• 2.
  Submit Online Request

  Log in to your JD Sports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at any authorized PosLaju outlet or schedule a courier pickup through our returns portal to complete the shipment back to our warehouse.
